Koh Tao has no airport, so visitors arrive by ferry at Mae Haad on the west coast. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 1.4 km from Naroua Villas. Pick-up truck taxis operate from the pier, and the property has a shuttle service; free private parking is available on site. The hillside driveway is steep, so a taxi can avoid the scooter approach. Share your expected arrival time with the property in advance, as check-in runs from 14:00 to 19:00. Ferries link Koh Tao with Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Chumphon and Surat Thani, with crossing times depending on the route.

Sairee’s west-facing shore is known for swimming, snorkelling, diving and sunset views towards Koh Nang Yuan. The island has dive trips to sites including Chumphon Pinnacle, Southwest Pinnacle and the HTMS Sattakut wreck; whale sharks are most often seen in March–May and September–October. Nangyuan Island is 4.2 km from the property, with day boats leaving from the Mae Haad or Sairee coast.
